During his tenure at AltairStrickland, Jeff’s responsibilities have ranged in scope from sales, project management, and engineering, to loss control, and general business operations.
Jeff has over 20 years of progressive business leadership experience in a variety of roles from finance to operations. Since 1999 he has served in leadership positions at AltairStrickland, first as General Manager/CFO from 2002-2006 and as President of the company since 2006. Having been in business leadership positions in the construction industry for over twenty years, Jeff has participated in almost every facet of the construction process. Jeff has led teams through due diligence efforts during the merger process and assisted with private equity placement and debt financing activities.
From strategic restructuring to employee development, Jeff possesses a keen eye for nurturing talent. He’s also implemented new sales and marketing strategies, secured new revenue opportunities, and led development of custom information technology and data management systems.
Jeff is a published columnist in Business and Industry Connection, a monthly periodical focused on the oil and gas industry and speaks frequently on safety and leadership topics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University.

Jeff is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time with his family.
